Rate-limiting step

The rate-limiting step for the aforementioned yarns is the fact that I have not owned a swift and ball winder. But! I am remedying that situation by giving myself a birthday gift (a tad early; my birthday is next Wednesday) of a ball winder and swift! After winding one interminably long four-ounce skein of Beaverslide Heavy Fisherman-weight, with the aid of Daughter #2, I decided to pony up for the purchase.
