With the white stuff making its 2007 debut in central NJ, it was a great opportunity to photograph my new mittens in their natural habitat. About two-thirds of a skein of Watermark in colorway safari on size 8 needles yielded a very toasty, comfortable pair of mittens. On my monitor, the yarn colors appear to be accurate.
On the needles, Arwen (of course!), Oktoberfest socks, and a pair of mittens for Daughter #2 in Blue Sky Alpaca bulky in black. The mittens should be done by tomorrow night!
